Nicole is a former teacher who came out of the classroom to pursue her passion for writing curriculum.  She has worked for companies such as Teachers' Curriculum Institute and Aspire Schools, creating standards-based lessons and assessments that students and teachers find engaging.

Erin has taught middle school for over a decade. She also created curriculum for Teachers' Curriculum Institute, and has written for educational publishers such as Great Source, Zaner-Bloser, and McGraw-Hill.  She is currently both a teacher and a middle grade author--her debut novel, LOSING IT, came out in 2012 and two other books, SECRETS OF THE BOOK and THE BENEFACTOR, followed shortly afterward.

Both Erin and Nicole feel passionately about creating curriculum that soundly adheres to standards, but is also teacher-friendly and still able to spark students' interest.
